This PDF pattern shows you step-by-step how to sew this ruffled twirl skirt with elasticated bloomer bottoms built right in. Better than a skort or scooter because the gathered bloomer-style legs prevent leg-hole peeks too.

Leave out the bloomers (the sewing instructions show you how) and you have a lovely twirl skirt. Six sizes ranging from girls’ 2 to 8 are included.

Printable pattern is included for the bloomers – the skirt and ruffle are provided as rectangular measurements to cut to save your paper, tape, and ink.
