Ruffled Back Diaper Cover Pattern: Easy to sew with step by step photographed instructions and printable pattern in 6 sizes: Newborn, 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-18 months and 18-24 months. Three rows of irresistible ruffles on the back are sewn right into the seams for a professional finish.
Pattern provides instructions for creating neat elastic casings for the leg openings using bias tape, and alternate instructions for creating a rolled hem and using elastic thread for shirring.
